Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before enrolling in any program at Dorson Vocational Training Institute ("DVTI", "we", "us", or "our"). By enrolling, you agree to these terms.

1. Enrollment

• Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of required documents and payment
• All students must meet program prerequisites before enrollment
• DVTI reserves the right to deny enrollment at its discretion

2. Tuition and Fees

• A non-refundable $75 registration fee is required for all programs
• Tuition must be paid in full or through an approved payment plan
• Accepted payment methods include: Private Pay, WIOA funding, Bank Financing, Corporate Sponsorship, and Other Funding sources
• All fees are subject to change without prior notice

3. Refund Policy

• The $75 registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances
• Tuition refunds are subject to DVTI's refund policy
• No refunds will be issued after the program start date
• Students who withdraw before the program start date may be eligible for a partial refund

4. Program Completion

• Students must complete all required modules to receive a certificate
• Attendance and participation requirements must be met
• DVTI reserves the right to dismiss students who do not meet academic standards

5. Certification

• Eligibility to sit for certification exams is subject to program completion
• Certification exam fees are separate and not included in tuition
• DVTI does not guarantee certification or employment upon completion

6. Externship

• Externship participation is optional and not a condition of graduation
• Externship placement is subject to availability and is not guaranteed
• Certain externship sites may require additional documentation, background checks, or health screenings

7. Code of Conduct

• Students are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all times
• Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated
• Violation of the code of conduct may result in dismissal without refund

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials provided by DVTI are proprietary and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

• DVTI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from enrollment or participation in our programs
• DVTI does not guarantee employment or specific salary outcomes upon program completion

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

11. Changes to Terms

DVTI reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
