The Certified Clinical Medical Assistant program teaches both theory and practical information regarding medical diagnostics, laboratory techniques and back office operation, such as medical billing and record keeping.

The student will learn basic anatomy and physiology, and receive training in medical techniques, including injections, urinalysis, venipuncture and electrocardiography. The student will also learn how to take  blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate and perform EKG's, First Aid and CPR.
