Dorson VTI accepts WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act) funding, bank financing, corporate/employer-sponsored payments, and other third-party funding sources. We also offer flexible payment plans. Visit our Financial Aid page to learn more.

Program length varies by course. Programs range from as few as 26 hours (CHHA Conversion) to over 500 hours (Ophthalmic Medical Assistant). Most programs can be completed within a few weeks to several months depending on your schedule. View our Course Catalog for full details.

All Dorson VTI programs are hybrid — combining online instruction (via Relias) with in-person skills labs and externship hours at our East Orange, NJ location. Online classes begin immediately after enrollment is confirmed.

Upon successful completion, students receive a Dorson VTI Certificate of Completion. Many programs also prepare students to sit for MedCa National Certification exams. Certification exam fees are billed separately by the credentialing organization. Eligibility is subject to the policies of the applicable credentialing body.

Yes! Our record of job placement assistance is currently 90%. Recruiters pay for access to recruit Dorson VTI graduates. We provide resume writing support, interview coaching, and connections to local employers and healthcare agencies throughout NJ and the tri-state area.

You may cancel within 3 business days of signing your enrollment agreement for a full refund. After that, refunds are calculated based on your last date of attendance and the percentage of the program completed. The $75 registration fee is non-refundable. View the full Refund Policy for details.
